Signed contract with PinpointSelling.
On September 2003 i-Vortex Inc. has signed a contract with the Canadian
company PinpointSelling for providing software development services.
Pinpoint Selling (Hull, Quebec, Canada) provides interactive NetAgentT sales
tools that replace the first, diagnostic sales call or visit. They help upsell
and cross-sell by uncovering each prospect's challenges and needs and helping
them develop a vision biased towards your solution, NetAgents reveal the
buyer-seller fit, and report this information back to your prospect, sales and
marketing people. Based on the information that NetAgents gather about leads,
sales reps can dramatically improve close ratios by targeting only those buyers
with a need they can address. Likewise, the marketing organization can provide
highly qualified leads, as well as using NetAgent intelligence to tailor
marketing collateral with greater confidence.
In accordance with the contract i-Vortex Inc. will develop new software
application that will allow sales and marketing managers to invite the contacts
to one or more sites (sales package(s)) and to track information about the
contacts actions on a client's content-managed web site in the form of event
recording via email.
